11 Apr Free resources
Yep, you heard right – free! resources.
Free stuff always manages to brighten up my day so I thought I’d share the love.
The British Council has just released a new publication titled Teaching in low-resource classrooms: voices of experience. The publication is a collection of ideas and success stories from a group of teachers who teach in low-resource environments in Bangladesh, India, Nepal and Pakistan.
You can download the publication here.
Another free book comes from one of my favourite websites. Kieran Donaghy from the website Film-English (along with Daniel Xerri) has released a book The Image in English Language Teaching.
The book gives ideas on how to use pictures as a more central part of your lessons, which is especially relevant these days because the way our students learn has changed.
It can be downloaded here.
Happy Thursday!
